As every year, Need Vikas Sanstha proudly organized the Savitribai Phule Scholarship Program this year as well.

Savitribai Phule’s sacrifice, the insults she endured, and her unwavering personal attention to every girl paved the way for countless women to receive an education. Yet, even today, many girls in both urban and rural areas remain deprived of education. With this concern at heart, this scholarship initiative was started.

Highlights of this year:
A new scholarship was launched in memory of Late Lakshmi Kanthe, with the support of the Kanthe family, specifically for rural students.
This also marks the 6th year of the scholarship given in memory of Late Smt. Narsubai Annaldasula and Late Shri. Venkatrao Annaldasula.

With the support of these two families and other generous donors, a total of 45 girl students were awarded financial scholarships this year.

These dignitaries inspired students and parents by emphasizing the importance of education and career choices. In particular, Dr. Khade conducted a psychometric test for 5 students and committed to guiding them in their career path.
