Salary – 25K to 35K (Depends on experience and Interview)
Education – Graduate
Experience – Min 3 years of experience as Accountant
Job Description :
1. Daily Payment Sheet Preparation & Consolidation/Review
2.Vendors Payments via Bank Portal/Net Banking.
3.Reconcile bank Statements
4. Execute credit card MIS & reconciliation
5. Input daily bookkeeping and record keeping.
6.Expenses MIS-Excel
7. Schedule preparation-FD’s/Borrowings/Rent Etc.
8.Disburses petty cash & recording entry.
9. Stok Statement Preparation.
10. Knowledge of TDS/GST/RCM
11. Knowledge in Excel-(VLOOKUP, Conditional Formation, Pivot Table, SUMIF,INDEX MATCH,
Filters, Chart etc).
12. Prepare the Stock listing, FAR, Debtor Ageing, Creditors ageing, Bank Reconciliation, Revenue Register, Purchases Register, Material Consumption sheet.
13. Assist in statutory Audit.
14. Prepare monthly MIS.
